It’s Springtime and that means emerging from
the indoor gyms, shedding off our layers, and enjoying the temperate weather.
Here are 3 activities we’ve been loving this Spring!

Hiking
We
love transition seasons for hiking, running, and outdoor activities in general.
It’s not too hot. It’s not too cold. We’re like Goldilocks over here-this
season is just right.

Biking
We
have some great bike paths around us in New England, including the Cape Cod
Canal. How biking friendly is your city? Take spin class outside and try for
some hills to work all of your muscle groups!

Kayaking
We’re
not quite ready
to go swimming and SCUBA diving. But, we still want to get out onto that water.
Kayaking is great for our arm workouts. Plus, the pictures are gorgeous.
